(Past)els, for the Future?

With the approach of one of fashion’s most coveted seasons, pastels are in full bloom alongside the occasional April shower and cherished May flower.

Lilac, Baby Blue, Mint Green, and Peach are among the several shades women tend to gravitate towards in the Spring as the sunshine and clear skies make for an upbeat wardrobe.

In this particular look, a woman opts for a fitted long sleeve lilac henley to be paired with pistachio green trousers. As there are small accents of green on the shirt, the garments tend to compliment each other well.

For some, pairing pastels with one other may be considered slightly excessive. This distinct ensemble displays the versatility that can be associated with lighter colors.

The model pairs a lemon yellow polo with other muted garb. The earthy tones evident in both the flannel shirt and jeans allow the pastel hues to be of highlight.

Running steady with the pastel theme, this light green peasant top is quite the addition.

The palette of this particular top is centered around shades of white, green, and yellow, keeping in fine tune with nature during the season.

Sweatsuits are an immense source of both comfort and style. As the material made from the garment is quite light and airy, it is considered a staple in both Fall and Spring.

The model opts for a soft Baby Blue shade, paired with classic white tennis shoes to resemble an athleisure look.

Along with pastel, Tie-Dye is yet another trend on the come up. For this reason, seeing the pair this fashion season wouldn’t exactly be uncommon.

In this picture, the model sports an oversized tye-dye sweatshirt enhanced with splashes of peach and a subtle pink base.

The garment can be worn with a timeless blue jean or perhaps a snug set of joggers.

With an increase in temperature, comes the reduced need for layering, and those same layers becoming essential pieces for a practical spring/summer look.

Analogous to crewnecks and hoodies in the fall, are oversized t-shirts in the spring. The model in this image is seen in what appears to be a mint muscle-tee dress, complimented by a dainty silver chain and white thigh-high socks.
